Single Dad next door was really a cute story :) I didn't read anything beyond that yet, there are a few sneek peeks from the authors other books, I'll get to those later :) 

Single Dad next door - Reid Riggens was the hot dad machanic that knows what he wants in life. The only problem standing in his way is he needs a new wife and child ASAP in order to get the shop his grandfather wanted to leave to him after he died. 

His first marriage blessed him with Roman, his cute little 4 year old Son. He tried to keep the peace with Tara, but a man can only take so much - 

When Sandra, Tara's best friend moves in next door - Reid is terrified of the things he never noticed of her from before...

Sandra knows Reid and all his big ego perks - the only problem is, she starts to see him as someone other than the guy he was with her best friend. 

Sandra didn't want her Rich parent's handouts - she wanted to make something of herself - she worked hard and finally has the bakery she's dreamed about - the only problem is it's location - after she recieves notice that they're going to tear down her building for a parking lot - she doesn't know what to do...

Really cute story and fun and easy to read :) Roman is a really cute 4 year old kid who loves his daddy and will do anything to pick up the pace :)
